CadiBrains (also known as and co-named Cadi Labs App) is an internal enterprise chat and AI-agent platform developed and operated by Cadi Labs. The names CadiBrains and Cadi Labs App refer to the same product and are fully interchangeable throughout this document and all related communications. It provides employees of organisations licensed by Cadi Labs with a unified workspace to communicate with colleagues and interact with AI agents that assist with HR queries, document management, email, project management, and other company workflows.
CadiBrains is not a public product. Access is restricted to users explicitly provisioned by their organisation's administrator. The application does not generate revenue through the app, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not display advertising.
By accessing or using CadiBrains you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies of your organisation. If you do not agree, you must not use the application. Use of CadiBrains is subject to your organisation's acceptable-use policy; these Terms supplement, but do not replace, that policy.
Access to CadiBrains is granted exclusively to employees, contractors, and authorised personnel of organisations that hold a valid licence agreement with Cadi Labs. Credentials are managed through your organisation's identity provider (Azure Entra ID). You must not share, transfer, or attempt to circumvent authentication mechanisms.
You may use CadiBrains solely for legitimate, work-related purposes within the scope authorised by your organisation. You must not:
CadiBrains includes AI agents that can perform actions on enterprise systems (such as reading emails, querying HR records, or creating project tasks) on your behalf using delegated permissions from your organisational account. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any actions initiated through AI agents. Cadi Labs does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
All rights, title, and interest in and to CadiBrains — including its software, interfaces, and AI models — are owned by Cadi Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual-property licence beyond the limited right to use the platform as described herein. Content you create within CadiBrains remains owned by you or your organisation as applicable under your licence agreement.
Cadi Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CadiBrains at any time. We will endeavour to notify your organisation's administrator in advance of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
CadiBrains is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cadi Labs does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cadi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CadiBrains, even if Cadi Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your organisation's licence agreement with Cadi Labs. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts or arbitration forums specified therein.
For questions about these Terms, please contact your organisation's CadiBrains administrator or reach out to Cadi Labs at [email protected].
